Currently, Smartphones are getting too heavier, but CARBON 1 MARK II carbon-fiber smartphone with crazy only 125 gm weight may be a good answer.
Surviving in the smartphone market is not an easy task, even big brands Samsung, Apple, Nokia, etc with millions of dollars in support face high competition. In the recent past, OEMs have experimented with materials like metal, polycarbonate (plastic), or a mixture of glass and metal to manufacture smartphones with an objective to get reduce the weight of phones. As heavier phones are causing serious health effects, CARBON 1 MARK II can be a great competitor all smartphones OEMs.
A Berlin-based fearless smartphone OEM, called Carbon Mobile, has announced the world's first smartphone made of carbon fiber and it is branding as "Carbon 1 Mk II".
Carbon mobiles said that the phone is made with what is called HyRECM Technology (Composite materials enabled for hybrid radio). Carbon fibers are interwoven with "radio permit" compounds to create a continuous monocoque design (an integration of the chassis and body). The result is a thin and light device.
The Carbon 1 Mark II weighs 125 grams and is only 6.3 millimeters thick, which makes it one of the lightest and thinnest phones in recent times.

The Carbon 1 Mark II is announced on 29th-Feb-2020 at the starting price of € 800 (~ $ 882) for the Main Edition and available for pre-order now. You must make a down payment of € 250 (~ $ 276) and a balance of € 550 (~ $ 606) fifteen days before delivery. There are only 2000 units available and the pre-order page says that shipping will begin in June 2020.
The Carbon 1 Mk II is announced at a starting price of € 799, which means that it has a massive premium taking into account the specifications and the general offer. However, Carbon Mobile notes that none of the comparable devices are made of something as interesting as carbon fiber. Carbon fiber wouldn't tempt me to buy it, but you may feel different, especially if owning something unique is part of your loot.
In terms of availability, it is worth mentioning that Carbon 1 will not be available in the US and Asia. While these are large markets, it is understandable that they can be considered too difficult to decipher for a first attempt, at least initially.
Instead, Carbon will sell the Mk II at the company's home, Germany, along with Austria and Switzerland at the end of spring or summer. The company expects to expand to Scandinavia and the Nordic countries in a few months, and sell to Belgium, Netherlands, and the Middle East in late 2020 or early 2021.
We will take a closer look at the Carbon 1 Mk II final device as the review units become available. Does this carbon fiber material super light smartphone excite you? Let us know in the comments below.
